MSBDC is a coalition
of the US Small Business Administration, The Mass
Exec. Office of Economic Affairs and UMass Amherst.
Their mission is to help new and existing businesses
succeed.
Free and confidential counceling services are
available with MSBDC councelors with expertise
in finance, marketing and other disciplines. Business
feasibility, business plan development, strategic
planning, loan packaging, cash flow management
and many other business issues can be discussed
in private meetings arranged through the Chamber
office.
MSBDC also provides an ongoingseries of low-cost
seminarsand training programs often cosponsored
with the Chamber of Commerce.
Lyne Kendall of the MSBDC visits Amherst 3 Thursdays
a month to offer free and confidential counseling
for all aspects of small business. For an appointment
