Advertising Opportunities

Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce  Breakfast Sponsorship – 3 available at  $150 each or $450 sole sponsorship

What the Chamber provides:

*The location and coordination of the menu planning
*Publicity of the breakfast and email reminders to 600+ members
*Coordination of the advanced registrations and fee collecting at the door ($12 per person)
*Keynote speaker
*Three marketing tables

What the Sponsor gets:

*Name and recognition on all publicity and reminders (newsletter, newspaper, website, emails)
*Two meals for sponsors and/or sponsor guests (Six meals for sole sponsors.)
*Ability to distribute sponsor-provided materials at each place setting
*Access to mailing labels of chamber members, if requested

Note: often the sponsor secures a neutral keynote speaker who complements/supports the sponsor’s industry, but this is not required; subject to approval by Chamber Executive Director

Third Wednesday of the month, Location TBD 5:00p-7:00p

Our After Five events also offer a nice value. These events are less formal and GREAT for networking.  The host calls the shots.  The host provides the location and the food/drink and the Chamber provides the invites, coordination of the advanced registrations and fee collecting at the door ($5 per person) and publicity.  Three sponsor marketing tables are available. 
 

E-Newsletter Advertising

The weekly Chamber E-newsletter, This Week @28 Amity St. has tile block advertising available for $50 a month.  These blocks click through to your website.

Pricing available annually.
26,000 Membership Directories are published in May for the new membership year. These handy guides offer credible “staying power”. They are mailed to the 600+ members and distributed through the Daily Hampshire Gazette and Amherst Bulletin.  Ad pricing is available in January.

Our Pioneer Valley Visitors’ Guide is published annually.  125,000 copies are printed and distributed throughout New England and the US.  The Relocation Guide is published every 2 years. 
 

Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Dinner Journal

Pricing available annually.

Every year, this prestigious annual dinner honors a handful of community leaders.  The gala event attracts prominent business and community people and is very well attended at 200 guests!  The attractive black and white, glossy Dinner Journal doubles as an evening program and advertising tool to promote business and congratulate the awardees.

Annual Golf Tournament

Our annual golf tournament is held the third Monday of July.  There are many possible sponsorship opportunities that are advertised in the Chamber newsletter and e-newsletter beginning in January.

 Mullins Center Kiosk

The Chamber maintains a brochure rack kiosk in the concourse at theMullinsCenterthat serves the thousands of attendees at basketball, hockey, and performance events.  Members may have their brochures on the rack for just $60 for six months.

Chamber Office

Members may bring in brochures for display in the Chamber office as a member benefit.
